Who are our clients ?
Our clients are for about 50% French, 31% English and 19% German. Average length of stay is 10 days.
Phima Voyages was a creation, which means that in 2015 we didn’t have any clients. In 2018 we welcomed 63 clients and we plan up to 100 clients in 2019.
In general our clients are well traveled, they like to explore different countries and to know more about their customs and habits. They don’t look for luxury, but like their comfort, such as private bathroom and hot water.
We have two different customer types:
- Clients of 55+, even up to 88 years, traveling by themselves or as a couple. They want to explore the north and have time, their trips can be anything between 10 to 25 days.
- Couples in their 40ies traveling with their children, between 5 and 14 years old. They used to travel independently, but now with the children they prefer having their trip a little organised.
What kind of trips do we sell ?
Phima Voyages is a mixture of a local agency and an online agency, as all our activity comes through the Internet. Our main markets are France, Germany and the English-speaking market (UK, USA and Canada). Our website is in these three languages.
We propose classical trips that include the main archaeological pre-Inca sites of Northern Peru, but also responsible and rural trips.
As Phima Voyages exists for 4 years already, we can be considered as forerunners of the region of Northern Peru in the international market. We are present in social media through high-quality articles about sites to visit in North Peru and have a status of Northern Peru specialist.
The trips we create are tailor-made, and usually with private driver and private English- / French-speaking guide.
